Tax Manager – Primary responsibilities include supervising tax accounting staff, preparation and review of income tax returns and financial statement compilations, interviewing tax clients, and performing tax planning. The successful candidate must demonstrate proficiency in income tax (corporate, individual, and trust). Minimum qualifications include five-plus years experience in public accounting, BA or MA in Tax, and CPA or EA Certification required.
Administrative Assistant (Back Office) – Key support role whose responsibilities include tax return assembly, e-filing, extensions, client portal maintenance, front office phone support and client service. Seeking a hard working individual used to a fast paced office environment. Qualified candidate has a high school diploma, associates or bachelors degree preferred. Excellent computer skills with experience using MicroSoft office and comfortable with learning various software applications. Experience using Quickbooks and tax software a plus. Three to five years of experience in a professional office enviroments desired.
